If you have used Sign in with Facebook on AllMediaTools, you can request the removal of all personal data we hold that was obtained through Facebook. Follow the steps below.

What data do we hold?

When you sign in with Facebook, we store:

• Your name
• Your email address
• A record of your account creation date

We do not store your Facebook ID, profile picture URL, or any other Facebook-specific data. Uploaded media files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.

How to delete your data

You have two options:

Option 1 — Delete from Facebook Settings

1. Go to your Facebook Settings.
2. Click Security and Login.
3. Scroll to Apps and Websites and click See More.
4. Find AllMediaTools in the list and click Remove.
5. Confirm removal. Facebook will notify us to delete your data.

Option 2 — Email us directly

Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your AllMediaTools account. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

What happens after deletion?

• Your AllMediaTools account will be permanently removed.
• All personal information (name, email, usage history) will be deleted.
• You will no longer be able to access your account or history.
• Anonymised usage statistics may be retained for service improvement.
